astCRM uses “Try before you buy” scheme and expect you to try our product before you purchase it. Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a subscription. Therefore the refund request will not be considered once you purchase the subscription. This refund policy is applicable to all past payments.
Acceptance of this Refund Policy:
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
Refund requests are accepted only under the following cases:
1. Duplicate payment
2. Charges done by mistake after account cancellation
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and astCRM or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard.
Refunds will be subject to the following: Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by astCRM. For Cash payments, You will be provided with a refund cheque.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. On account cancellation, refund will not be available for your past payments. You will not be charged from next billing cycle. If an agent is removed from your account, new downgraded plan is applicable from next billing cycle. In case of an account upgrade (new agent is added), you are not charged full amount but only the amount for remaining days of the billing cycle.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Refund requests must include the name of the organization and transaction number.
Cancellation by astCRM: There may be certain orders that astCRM is unable to accept and must cancel. astCRM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation by User: In case of requests for order cancellations, astCRM reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if astCRM receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by astCRM, astCRM shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. astCRM will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. You agree not to dispute the decision made by astCRM and accept astCRM’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Once your account is cancelled all of your content will be immediately deleted from the panels. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
